You might have some questions. If you can’t find an answer here, feel free to reach out and say hello, or ask me anything. I’m here to help and will get back to you in 1-2 days.

  • My retreats are about taking time for yourself.

    Each one is different, but you are encouraged to listen to your body, and enjoy some time for rest, relaxation and meditation.

    Retreats are open to all, don’t worry if you haven’t done one before.

    Everything is a suggestion and has options, there is no pressure to ‘do things’ just enjoy your time, with my support and guidance.

  • If you need to bring anything to a workshop, class or retreat I am hosting, I will always let you know. by email before the event.

  • For anything you are attending with me whether it is yoga, reiki, a retreat or coaching, please just wear something that you are comfortable in and can move freely in.

  • The role of a wellbeing coach is to provide motivation and support, asking questions to help you set clear goals, understand what is holding you back from achieving them and finding solutions to create the change you need. Wellbeing coaching is non-judgemental and tailored to your needs to provide the individual support you require.

  • The word Reiki means universal life energy. Reiki is a powerful form of energetic healing that promotes health and wellbeing in the body, mind and soul.

    Reiki healing is both preventative and curative energy medicine. Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the body or energy field. Reiki healing raises the vibrations of the affected areas and clears the affected pathways, this allows life force to flow naturally and to bring health and vitality into the body, mind and soul, and dense energy (which contributes to ill health both physically and mentally) can be removed.
