Mind, Body, Soul Transformations - why working with me is a bit different…

There are so many amazing coaches out there, so I know it’s sometimes hard to choose which one is right for you and understand why they are different. In this blog I explain what working with me is like and what you can expect.

So what is coaching?

Coaching is amazing. It offers motivation, accountability and support to enable you to move towards your vision and goals.

As a coach I see my role as empowering you to tap into your infinite wisdom and resources to understand what it is that you want for your wellbeing and your life and how you will get there.

I pull the answers out of you, through questioning and other techniques. Then together we identify your skills and capabilities, make a plan and I help you to carry out that plan. Along the way if you get stuck, I am there to motivate and support you and give you some tough love where you need it.

Change is difficult, so when self doubt creeps in or you come up against a limiting belief we will work through them and re-frame them.

So much more than coaching….

But coaching isn’t all you get if you work with me. I am also an energy healer and yoga teacher.

So in addition to questions, coaching techniques and visualisations, I include meditation, breathwork, movement (where appropriate) and work with you on an energetic level to create evolution through your whole being.

What I found in my own journey is that changes I wanted to make in my life didn’t stick until I shifted out old, stagnant energy and started working with my energy and making changes on an energetic level.

Mind, Body, Soul…..

The transformations I offer are more than mindset (which is super important!), we also work together to bring your body, mind and soul into alignment. Ensuring that you transform on every level, to achieve your goals and become the person who you were always meant to be.

A person who prioritises themself and their wellbeing, feels energised and calm.

A person who is deeply connected to themselves and feels like the best version of you.
