From Stress to Serenity Free Workshop

This free session will support you to go within, to find clarity on what is causing you stress, what changes you would like to make and to be intentional about how you will make those changes.

If you are ready to make some changes and find some calm, this session is for you!

You’ll set boundaries, take control and re-energise.

Learning simple, mindful and proactive techniques that you can use whenever you need to, to elevate your calm.
