Hi lovely, I’m Emma

I’m an Empowerment Coach, Rest Mentor and Holistic practitioner based in Leeds, UK.

I’m passionate about empowering busy people to prioritise themselves, pause, and take more rest.

The biggest lesson I’ve learnt so far on my healing adventure is that it’s important to prioritise my wellbeing above everything else and it’s essential that I prioritise rest. Mindfulness, yoga and energy healing have helped me to reduce stress and heal chronic back pain, so I know first hand how powerful a holistic path can be.
