Yes! Members get access to a supportive community, via the free Slack app, where you can share wins, ask questions, stay accountable, and connect with others on the same journey.
You’ll also have access to two optional live calls during the programme.

I’m an Empowerment Coach, Rest Mentor and Holistic practitioner based in Leeds, UK.
I’m passionate about empowering people to prioritise themselves, feel energised and evolve into the person they were always meant to be.
The biggest lesson I’ve learnt so far on my healing adventure is that it’s important to prioritise my wellbeing above everything else and it’s essential that I prioritise rest. Mindfulness, yoga and energy healing have helped me to reduce stress and heal chronic back pain, so I know first hand how powerful a holistic path can be.
