If we can’t meet in person, you can still immerse yourself into rest, soothe your nervous system and give yourself permission to stop do-ing and start be-ing with this range of online rest offerings.

Online Relax and Restore Workshops

These workshops will offer you a sacred pause, space for you to take time for yourself, relieve stress, soothe your nervous system and take some deep nourishing rest.

Expect to leave feeling relaxed and renewed.

No yoga experience is required, this workshop is open to all.

Online Reiki Infused Yoga Nidra

These sessions will take you on a journey into a state of deep relaxation. Offering stillness and nourishing, restorative guided meditation all infused with Reiki to make the experience expansive.

Expect to leave feeling relaxed in the body, mind and soul.

No yoga experience is required, this workshop is open to all. Reiki will not be provided to individuals, it will be infused through the words of the Nidra.
