Retreat and Workshop Terms and Conditions
Please note, these are draft Terms and Conditions, individual events may differ.
Please read carefully prior to booking
* Please complete one booking form per guest attending.
* Following completion of the booking form, please transfer your payment to secure your place.
* Your place is only confirmed once the payment is received.
* All payments are non-refundable.
* All bookings are non-transferable.
* All payments are via bank transfer.
* If you have specific dietary requirements, due to health reasons, please notify at the time of booking (last minute dietary requests cannot be catered for).
* If you are booking this retreat as a gift or on behalf of someone else, please ensure that you enter their details correctly on the booking form.
* In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled, you can move your booking to a future retreat or receive a full refund if this is not suitable.
* It is the attendees responsibility to make Wellbeing with Emma aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the retreat. By attending the retreat you assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which may incur through participation. It is your responsibility to ensure that a doctor has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in the retreat, as appropriate.
* If you are pregnant, please make Wellbeing with Emma aware of your pregnancy prior to the retreat. It is the attendees responsibility to ensure that a doctor has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in any offerings during your pregnancy.
* Fragrances such as essential oils, room sprays and incense may be used during the retreat, if you have any allergies/sensitivities please inform Wellbeing with Emma prior to the retreat.
