Prioritise You: Wellbeing Retreat
Put yourself first and treat yourself to a day of wellbeing. This retreat will provide time and space for you to immerse yourself into your yoga practice, meditate, journal, spend time in nature, relieve stress, soothe your nervous system and take some well earned rest.
No yoga experience is required, this retreat is open to all. However, please note that sound healing is not suitable for the first trimester of pregnancy or for those with a pacemaker.

Mindful Menopause Workshop
This session is hosted by Menopause Specialist Louise from NuYu Menopause and Menopause Yoga Teacher Emma from Wellbeing with Emma.
It will help you to manage menopause symptoms, offering empowerment, knowledge and the opportunity to share your experiences, focussing on relieving stress, which exacerbates all of the menopause symptoms.
The session is open to women at any stage of their menopause journey (peri-menopause, menopause or post menopause). If you are not sure if you are in peri-menopause yet but would like to learn more then you are also very welcome.
