Join Menopause Specialist Louise from NuYu Menopause and Menopause Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Coach Emma from Wellbeing with Emma for a range of Menopause Workshops.

Sessions have been specially developed to offer both medical and holistic support to empower and support women. This includes the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and helpful information and tips about natural remedies, nutrition, self-care and medical interventions.

Workshops are open to women at any stage of their menopause journey (peri-menopause, menopause or post menopause). If you are not sure if you are in peri-menopause yet but would like to learn more then you are also very welcome.

  • 11th September 2025 - 19.00-21.00 From Heat to Calm: Managing hot flushes with confidence.

  • 9th October 2025 - 19.00-21.00 The Mind-Body Connection: Strategies to relieve anxiety in the menopause.

  • 6th November 2025 - 19.00-21.00 From Discomfort to Relief: Understanding and managing menopausal joint pain.

  • 4th December 2025 - 19.00-21.00 Reclaiming Rest: Tackling insomnia in the menopause.

  • 8th January 2026 - 19.00-21.00 Finding Serenity: Navigating menopause irritability and rage.

  • 26th February 2026 - 19.00-21.00 Focus and Clarity: overcoming brain fog in the menopause.

All workshops will take place at Luna Aura, Main Street, Garforth, Leeds.
